New Bonus for American Airlines Aviator Card

American Airlines and Barclay recently increased the sign-up bonus on their Aviator Red Mastercard to 60,000 miles. There's no spending minimum and you will receive the miles within four to six weeks after making your first purchase. Since the $95 annual fee is not waived, you are essentially buying the miles for $.0015.
$95/60,000 = $0.0015
Since the average round-trip domestic flight in economy is 50,000 miles, you'd be getting the ticket for $75 if you used the miles from the bonus (plus approx $11 in fees).
$0.0015 x 50,000 = $75
Others perks from this card include:
Preferred boarding and first checked bag is free for primary cardholder and up to four companions
25% savings on in-flight food and beverages
10% back on miles used each year. So if you redeemed only the 50,000 miles for a round trip ticket you'd get 5,000 miles back at the end of the calendar year.
Things to keep in mind
American has been known to have limited award availability so using the miles to fly with them will usually require a bit of flexibility in your dates and routes
You can use the miles to fly their partners in the Oneworld Alliance to places including, but not limited to: Japan, Alaska, Australia and all over Europe.
